I recently moved into Madison Ridge and so far it has been NOTHING BUT A NIGHMARE. The Maintenance staff had to be called out so many times that I can not even count anymore on one hand and problems still have not been corrected. The office staff is somewhat helpful but at times they make you feel as if they could care less. As soon as the lease was signed, we are considered "just another tenant"!!! The noise level is terrible at times and it continues through the ENTIRE night sometimes. The appliances need to updated ASAP and they need to do something with their ROACH problem, but the office likes to refer to them as palmetto bugs, YEAH WHATEVER! If you are thinking about leasing from this community, please re-think it long and hard. They are not all what they try to protray themselves to be...RUN NOW!
