I have lived here since 2004-2009. Not because I wanted to, my circumstances is what held me here. They have trouble keeping the same management in the leasing office. I have Roach problems and they made it sounds as if it was my fault that I had them, if you read the other reviews You will see I'm not the only one that had this problem, things in my apt that needs to be fixed or replaced. It takes maintennance awhile before they get around to fixing things. The loud music from either the parking lot or the apts. I had my car marked on with crayons from kids in the parking lot playing. My Lease expires at the end of March 2009, unless I come up with the March and April's Rent The Corporate Mgr. that works in the Leasing Office will not give my new (or potential)new apt Mgr approval, for me to rent an apartment. If You move here, PLEASE REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO GIVE A 60 DAY NOTICE NOT 30 DAY NOTICE SO KEEP YOUR LEASE CLOSE AT ALL TIMES TO REMIND YOU 60 DAYS. There was a burgalry in the complex that was about 5 footsteps away, to close for comfort for me. The Corporate Manager they have working in the Leasing Office I will not call any names, but You can't talk are solve the issue with this Person, They talked to us like we were Kids, I had took my mom of 55 yrs old and the Person talked to her like She was a Child, Very Disrespectful. They would not listen, ex. Your not going to do this,or that, do you understand etc. The rage and anger in their voice and face. We kept being dismissed They didn't want to hear what We had to Say, but they Wanted My Money. My Mom said, that She has know some Real Hateful People in her life of 50 yrs but as never ran across any HUMAN BEING that has ever Acted or Treated the Public with So Much Disrespect. What kind of Company would tolerate Employees talking this way to the People that are Paying Their Wages' Someone might say, I'm a disgruntled Tenant and Maybe So, But This Is Truth I write I Experienced This, SO WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO SAY!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
