I am breaking my lease because things have gone down hill. I use to live here in 2005 and now with all the changes things dont seem to be getting better. Too many teenagers around hanging out. There is a security......only during the day. If the do partol at night they are visible. I dont feel like I pay rent because I have to follow up so many times. Just last month a resident was attacked by 5 individuals and the complex deciced to send out a mass long letter stating that they cant ensure safety and they have notified security and police. But yet again.....what security. I am so disappointed with how things are going with this complex.
