I Love Living Here....despite being skeptical because it wasn't Alpharetta. I recently moved from my apartment in Alpharetta to this apartment in Norcross so I could save money on living expenses. I must admit I was very leary due to the fact the area wasn't as exclusive as Alpharetta and the property wasn't recently developed, but so far it's been great! It's very quiet & clean, parking is wonderful, I know my neighbors and my neighbors know me. It's just wonderful. Also, the employees in the leasing office are very friendly and helpful. I did have a maintenance issue where the A/C went out, but I called the leasing office and maintenance resolved the issue the same day. This isn't at all what I expected for apartments as affordable as these. I've really gotten more for my money and I'm planning on renewing my lease come February.
