The worsts MGT. team I have seen in the Atlanta area in my 15 years of living in rental apartments. No,customer skills, Clueless on what they are resopnsible for and what they can and cannot do. "We are only here to "Manage" the property". I suppose one can not tell the difference between managing an apartment complex with real people/ families etc from a untrained, zoo keeper in some thrid world city or town.
