I have written two letters complaining about the management without any reply.

I've been a tenant since August of 2003, the original staff was very friendly and helpfull. However, the "new" one leaves a lot to be desired. Security as become a major concern, as stated in other comments, security gates as been left broken for over 7 months. I have had 5 flat tires in less than 8 months. And the day I stated this to the management, my neighboor accross also had flat tires!!!.

There as been an attempt to break into the apartment, the rear window is damaged.

You leave the keys while on holiday for a friend to check on the appartment. And they can't find them.

Loss the rent checks, having to pay for a cancel checks. I've requested since last year for a direct deposite. No answer, no comments.

If you have kids, don't bother to live here since there is no area for them to play (unless you want them to play by a pool).

Laundry vacilities are getting worse, the door leading to the inside as been broken for over 8 months.

I also reported a leaky toilet, nothing was done, ants in the kitchen and bathroom. Apparantly they came and sprayed, I ended up doing it myself and my cost. etc etc
