I moved here in August 2003 and everything seemed great. I pre-leased the apartment a few months prior to moving in and I loved the interior space and overall appearance of the complex. The management team at the time were friendly, until new management took over. I don't even know how many times we've had new management. This time there is another management team who said that they were going to introduce themselves, but I don't remember a memo being sent out doing so. The security gate has been broken a number of times and my neighbors don't know how to close the door instead of constantly slamming it. The people drive throughout the complex like they are trying to qualify for NASCAR. Yesterday, I didn't see any children outside during the day, but I saw them playing once it became dark outside. Where's the control' Some people are inconsiderate by leaving their trash sitting outside, attracting bugs and just being plain unsanitary. I just don't understand. Why would they not accept your rent if you're behind on your water bill' Wouldn't you prefer rent from your tenant rather than receiving the water bill' Where do they come up with this stuff' I was late with my rent one time and the maintenance man knocked on my door like the police. As I was going to answer it, he proceeded to unlock the door!! I can't understand why we can have extra locks on our doors to ensure our safety. When we're not at home, the maintenance workers can come and go as they please and we can't do anything about it. This is simply ridiculous!!
