I just want to repy to the letter that a resident wrote about the manager at Oakwood Vista Apartments. i don't know what experience they've had with her. I am a white female and have been living at oakwood Vista since they open. this is best management team I have come across so far as long as I have been living in apartments. Carla (the manager) is GREAT!! Sh always handle my concerns very professionally, and at one time there was one thing I asked her and she told me that it was not in their policy to give me what I asked for. I didn't feel discrminated against, she was doing her job, and I think she does it well.
