No thank you

Similar issue as the person with the dog, full of ants in the kitchen, bathroom and sometimes living room. Wrote one letter of complaint, the y came once to resolve it in 2004. Same problem in 2005, no resolution. Grounds have steadly gotten worse since I moved in, gates broken, doors brokens, attempt burglary in my rear window. Most famous episode is when they stuck a towing notice on my race car window (off-road vehicle) stating that I had to get proper tags for it and that it would be towed within 24 hours. No calls, no information in my mail box or door. Just a sticker on the window. Total lack of communication.
Also this apparment complex as been through 3 (if not more) management company, it was indicated at the beginning that they would pay very carefull attention to the renters income and background to maintain a higher standard. A year later there was a shoot-out at the fron entrance of the property. This reflects the management eager to have renters no matter the background.
It looks nice, but no thanks.
