this place is very nice on the exterior and grounds are nice, since the almost quarterly management change, this place is become an over priced, under managed facility. the management staff is not friendly at all. the old management used to have events for kids, adults and all ages. now the managements just collects rent and never responds to maintinence request. my neighbor is at my apt right now in this georgia 90 degree days because her a/c compressor is broken and management thinks it is not an emergency to fix. what if she were elderly and died in that unit. a person was robbed here the other night and management down played it as a eviction gone wrong. luckily Fox 5 clarified that B.S. on the next days news. dont get suckered into a year or better contract and end up regretfull that you moved here. this place would be much nicer and more conducive to a family oriented environment. dont do it. the area is nice but management needs remodeling.
