THE SPECIALS ARE GREAT UPON MOVE IN AND THE STAFF IS INTIALLY FRIENDLY/ IF YOU EVER NEED MAINTANANCE OR NEED QUESTIONS ANSWERED DONT ASK THE PROPERTY MANAGER. THE STAFF KNOWS MORE THAT SHE DOES. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LEAVING A MESSAGE THEY WILL NEVER RETURN IT. THEY TALK TO YOU AS IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NOT IMPORTANT. THE STAIRS ARE NASTY. THE BUG PROBLEMS IS OUTRAGOUS. I WORK FOR A NEIGHBORS COMPLEX AND I AM SHOCKED AT THE UPKEEP OF THE GROUNDS AT OAKWOOD VISTA AND THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION SKILLS THE LEASING OFFICE HAS.
