I can??t emphasize enough how awful the ROACH problem is. If you are considering moving here, do yourself a huge favor ?? DON??T DO IT!

I have absolutely no roach issues(knock on wood) In fact, I have no bug issues period, thankfully. Sorry to hear you are, but it isn't the whole complex. If things change in my apt, I will be sure to update my comment.

There has been a roach problem in my building for 2 years. I have begged and pleaded for a solution, but I have given up. Everything else about the apartment is wonderful. Great floorplans and beautiful surroundings. I will be moving soon because I cannot tolerate the nasty roaches anymore. It is just a lot of effort to pack and move.

They told us not use foggers, but I did until they had reliable pest control to come consistantly. I reported issues to corporate because they hired pest control that lied about treating apartments. They would state that they came by and I would be home all day. It was rediculous, but I used concentrated raid fogger and it helped to keep them way down, the only place I have seen any are the kitchen and bathroom, basically anywhere water pipes are.

If pest control ever makes it to your apartment, make sure they do NOT spray! I had this done a few times in the beginning and the roaches multiplied at an alarming rate! What helped curb the problem somewhat was when they moved all the appliances to bate. But this was only a temporary fix.
