I have lived in Oakwood Vista for 3 years and have had an overall average to good experience. I have never experienced a roach problem and the property in my opinion is kept clean. The floor plans are pretty modern and the property is not run down at all. The gate is an issue though and this is the 2nd management (Eichorn) since I've been here. Their office hours are not condusive to people who work from 8 - 5pm. I feel they should be in the office more often and briefly on Sundays instead of being closed like the previous management were able to do. Otherwise, like I said I've lived in A WHOLE LOT worse and it has been satisfactory until I move into my house later this year.

I'm interested in moving to Oakwood Vista. I read your review, and you sound like you are satisfied with the property! I recently visited the property and liked what I saw. I hope this doesn't come off weird, I'm not a stalker: do you live toward the front or back of the property. I don't want the same experience with the bugs like some of your fellow residents. I hate bugs and your end of the property sounds as if it is not infested with... creatures!!! Thank you in advance for your response!
