I was the 1st to move in my apartment 326 Ardsley, May of 2003, and it was wonderful. The community was the nicest on Jimmy Carter by far. I lived there 1 1/2 years and experience 1 management change over. I could tell a difference in the service. I had a friend that stayed until October of last year and I have to say that I could definately see the difference. The grounds are still okay but I could see it turning into a place like the others on Jimmy Carter.

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU...I MOVED IN AROUND OCT OF 2003 AND THE FACILITY WAS A LOT BETTER THAN IT IS NOW. IN BLDG 1400 THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE HANGING THERE PANTIES, SHORTS AND T-SHIRTS ON THE PORCH.
