Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have moved in and lived there for 4 months and there was a little stain on the carpet and they charged me $125.00 to clean the carpet. This could be the worst apartment I have ever lived in. This is worse then living in dekalb county. At least in dekalb county I didn't have my apartment broken into and my car was not stolen. Here it was.
