This complex is terrible. They charge a fee for everything. We switched apartments and they charged us to clean carpets we claened ourselves when we left. They will not help with noisy upstairs neighbors. Garbage is always piling up in front of the dumpsters so you can't get to it. People are being shot at on the tennis courts. The pool is nasty, the gates are always broken, the laundry facility has been closed for renovations for 2 months, you cannot leave mail in the mail drop because it has been broken into. The office staff is terrible. The noisy people above us pay less than we do by $100 for the exact same apartment. Terrible.

These are the exact same complaints I have. I have been living for only three months and I absolutely hate it... Im so glad I signed a six month lease.
