Some of the postings I saw were somwhat accurate. There are good & bad things about the Dunleaf. Yes! to the noisy neighbors. We bipass the office and call Gwinnett police when they blast music past 11pm. The trash has been ok until recently-it is piled up now, but first time since we have been here. Parking is ample, but sometimes scary...don't want kids to swing open doors and hit your car...which did happen to my bf's car. Office has always been nice. Lease is a killer, you have to sign away our life to live here...even a whole form on mold. You could put a house down payment for the cost it is to break the lease.
