Well I know this property for little bit more then 3 years know. And just like other property it has it s up and down. Yes there are some problems but most of the problem is not the management fault. Most of the problem is caused by residents themselves. Like the gates the office will fix it and that same night it will be broken again. So they are trying and maybe if the residents would care about the gates too they would or their visits would not break it too. And just like other properties if you get home late or after everybody got home from work then yes you may have to park your car little bit away from your building. The property has been going thru a lot of changes since last July some were good and some not so good. The property has a new manager and new management company and they are different to the old company. Not all company work the same way. Lost of residents are used to the old policy. I've seen Karimah the manager try hard to keep everybody happy but she can't give everybody what they want, she has company policies that she has to follow just like anybody else with their job. So give her some space she is a new manager and she still learning lost of things and the same time has to be responsible for some apts and people living in the property. I happy with the property and I've seen lots of new good things happen to the property since the Orion took over.

This Resident is right. Allover Orion at Gwinnett Pointe is a good property to live at.
