I moved in the apartment cause I loved the spacious rooms, new updates, and exceptional value. As soon I moved in realized I had made a bad choice. So I have to ride out my lease. But if you can read this before you make the same mistake I did maybe you will find a better place to stay. My main complaint is the noise. My people upstairs are very loud. I hear every footstep, jump, move, and noise that comes from above. Each time I try to get help, I am ignored. My neighbors always blast music and are very inconsiderate.

The residents are loud, they monopolize the pool. fitness center, and tennis courts-you dont even want to enjoy the amenities you pay to use, too.

Other issues:

The management and office staff act like they are too busy to help you with you go the office.

The front gate is always broken. Anyone can enter the property at any time.

There is only one way to enter the complex-the back gate is "closed" for not apparent reason!

You have to make an inconvenient u-turn to enter the property and oncoming traffic makes it hard for you to get home.

They dont forward the mail right. I still get mail from people who lived her years ago.

People with loud car music ( lots of bass) that keep their music on while in the parking lot.

The compactor is always too full-looks disgraceful.

Too much soliticing-I find a flyer, menu, card, or something stuck in my door almost every day.

I have had better experiences at other places. I cannot wait to move out!

in all fairness, you should call the post office about the mail. and I keep all the menus that they put on the door and send them right back to the restaurant. LOL, I know, it's silly, but I do it anyway.
