I read the other reviews of this complex with some amusement and I am not completely startled by the lack of continuity among them...HOWEVER...I think it is important to realize that some people tend to react rather emotionally when it comes to their 'home' and the environment that they live in. While we do not have all the facts regarding the instances of discord stated, I do know that every attempt to ensure my complete satisfaction has been made by the staff (Lisa, Cherry and Clara) at Park Trace and that I only stay there because of them...I would certainly not hesitate to move if it were not for the staff there. Maintenence is always top-notch and usually very quick to respond to requests. All in all, I have been happy with my stay at Park Trace. One MUST realize, however, that it is NOT an expensive, luxury complex. It IS, however, the best of the rest...
