Its a Nightmare!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I moved in my apartment in April 2002. It was wonderful at first and they made us feel very welcome and assured that this would be a great experience. I have been paying the same amount for my apartment for 2 years now, a month or so ago I ran into a friend from highschool, who had just moved in, and is renting the same unit I am and renting for $110.00 less a month. When I contacted the leasing office to discuss this matter, I was told that the girl was in financial trouble (who isnt') and that they asked her not to tell. They refused to match that price with my next lease renewal but promised to discount my new monthly rent. Now that the time has come to renew the office is denying ever telling me that I would get a discounted price. I then spoke to Clara, the office manager, who told me that I should have gotten that in writing and that everone pays a different amount and then said that she would not discuss it with me any further. Clara is extremely rude and very unhelpful. (I recommend that they use that extra $110.00 a month that I pay and put her into a customer service class.)
The lack of communication between the staff in the leasing office is unreal, many times I have been told one thing and when I call to confirm they have no clue what I am talking about, they do not return my phone calls and they love to argue rather than comprimise. Customer satisfaction is low priority to this office.
I have called the Property company several times and I have left 5 messages so far, needless to say none of my calls have been returned. This is just the latest issue that I have had, I could go on and on.
Keep looking, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
