I loved Park Trace as a place. Cherry was great also - very nice. Other people were not as nice after the contract was signed. Very harsh rules for payment and if there is a problem, they fully enforce everything against you - even if explainable. I wrote a check with my secondary bank account by mistake and they tried to charge me an extra $300 a month for the term of the agreement. Luckily I paid 3 weeks early and had time to pay before the rent was due, argued my case and paid $50.

Also, a week before I moved out, certain belongings went missing - a brand new set of pans. A burgler wouldn't take a set of pans - something fishy there! Other stuff too. I didn't even report that.

I really liked living there though - the place, the pool, the trees, the tennis courts, but be careful and read the agreement fully!
