We have lived here for 3 years now and the conditions of this apartment complex has gone so far down hill, we don't let our daughter out by herself any longer.
There are constant notices on the door. People getting fined for things that they have nothing to do with. Robberies, families having no respect for others, management (if they call themselves that still) is very hard to deal with, they are quick to harass and judge people but when it comes to real problems with the beer cans in the hall ways, drunk Mexicans pass out in the doorway of their apartments, then they dont want anything to do with the problems.
We moved from one apt to a bigger once we got married and they charged me for the carpet when I own and use a 400.00 carpet cleaner I already own. Didnt pay it and wont pay it.
I would not recommend apartment complex to anyone unless they like hell conditions.
