Managment is aweful, Clara is the manager and I refuse to talk to her due to her disgusting attitude. Cherry is nice but is very fake. Lisa is just rude. When they send out notices the spelling and grammar are always incorrect, we have illiterate people running our community!
I have to agree with all of the horrible statements I have read about these apartments. I also come home to notices on my door where they are trying to fine me for things that they have not investigated in. They send out notices about good things around the property, but failed to send out notices about the brutal sexual attack on a resident or the prostitutes on our street or the breakins around the complex. BUGS, there are so many bugs here Roaches, spiders, you name it! My apartment is very well kept, but my neighbors are dirty and their bugs have traveled to my place. I had a roach in my BED!!!!
Please listen to the residents that live here. Notice that most all of the ratings say the same things and it dates back many years so obviously things will not change. We know best and don't want you to deal with the crap we deal with almost every week. My lease expires soon and I am moving into a much safer/nicer complex for just a few dollars more. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

This is correct: I once encountered an extremely lewd, threatening act in the gym and the office staff never warned the other residents.
