When we first moved in we were very impressed. That slowly changed. Our AC doesn't work properly and they claim that it just can't keep up with the "georgia heat". Why have one then' The noise is unbearable. If you have a family or small children this is definitely not the place for you. The constant noise and building maintenance is annoying. They also leave notices on your door almost to the point of harrassment and every few months they tell you they are conducting apartment checks for leaks, filters, and *housekeeping*. Yes folks, they invade your home to snoop and grade you on how clean you keep your house. How insulting. Again, people with children, beware. My advice, look elsewhere. Trust me, it will save you aggravation. Once our lease runs out we will definitely move. We can't wait. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
