Mold may be in every apartment in the complex. It's definitely in the fitness room. The mold is located inside of the vents and most of the time you will find yourself struggling trying to breathe especially in the mornings. From stray cats to crooked maintenance that come in your apartment unannounced its not very safe. Bottom line is to stay away from that little whole in the wall complex and pay a little extra to live in peace or this place will have you resting in pieces.

The fitness center was checked after this was posted and no mold was found. In fact, a complaint about mold in the fitness center has never been received, prior to this complaint. Mold is taken very seriously by our company and would be addressed immediately if found. Furthermore, all employees undergo a thorough background check before being employed with Park Trace. Management

You may do background checks but it still does not stop them from coming into your apartment unannounced. When my wife and I lived there I had to threaten the maintenance crew with getting shot if they ever came into my apartment without warning again. They feel like they have the right to come and go as they please, however the law says differently.
