I don't know why there are so many negative comments, but as far as living there for 4 months, I don't find a lot of problems.

Well, washing machines are mostly working but don't recommend using dryers.
They don't accept credit card payment unless paying late. Renters have to pay rent by the 3rd days of each month.
Their contracted gas supplier is hard to contact by phone, in winter it took me 2 or 3 hours to get a customer service. Renters have to use the supplier's service, btw.
If you leave a contract, you have to tell them 60 days ahead & paying one month-rent as a cancelation fee. I think it should be 30 days, but oh well. It's their rule.

But if you are aware of these things when you sign up a contract, as long as paying rent on time, I say this place is not bad. (I don't know "Good" place's definition that everyone says, though)

The place is surrounded by trees, and it looks very nice. I haven't aware of insects problem, though I have seen a lot of black bees flying around.
