Disgraceful Management Personnel

I have lived at Park Trace for three years and it has been the worst experience ever. I really beleive the corporate office needs to re-evaulate the communication, social, and educational skills of several personnel in the leasing office. I believe two of them do not know how to do simple math. Furthermore, they constantly give misleading information and expect the tenant to know how to do their job. I decided not to renew my lease and was told it was my responsibility to know and figure out my pro-rated rent for the last month I was staying. The current management team is the worst and most fraudulent personnel that I've ever encountered. I would not recommend anyone staying in this complex at all.

First of all people need to read things before they sign and check your spelling before you complain. I have also live at parktrace for three years and the manager and the leasing team has been very professinal toward me and my family very nice ladies I will tell anyone to live here very safe even the president can live over here!!!!

Before you ask someone to check there spelling you should check your grammar! English is obviously not your strong point.

Complaining - most of the time you complain when it is your own mistake and misunderstanding. It is scapegoating. I have been living at Park Trace for the second year. I have found the employees very friendly, courteous and professional. After more than ten years living in a home, I visited many, many apartments to rent and settled at Park Place. Clean and quite community. Thank you and keep up the good job.

Sounds like the property worker bees visit here and try to brush off complaints.
If the employees there knew how to do their jobs then we would not have had the issues we did with them. The last among many incidents we had with them was moving out. We gave them notice 2 months in advance then the night before our move we got a letter stating they would be doing the parking lot the next morning. When the movers showed up they tried to make us reschedule for another day is they could resurface the parking lot. I basically told them the movers would move their truck when hell froze over and that they would move the truck only after they were done packing our stuff up.
They tried to charge us for the carpet replacement via letter 10 days after we moved out. I had to show them the law that stated they had 7 days to notify us of such charges and those we would not pay because they did not follow the law and give us notification within 7 days and an opportunity to dispute said charges in person. They threatened to send us to collections until I called the owner of the company in California. I got a letter a week later saying we owed nothing and an apology from the headquarters for our trouble.
If Park Trace knew what they were doing and knew the law stuff like this would not happen.
Park Trace is not safe for a family to live. If you own a newer car expect dents, dings and key marks in it and expect to have rude people sitting on the hood and leaning on it. Any package you have delivered to your door can be stolen at anytime (happened to us 3 times), on one occasion a neighbor was nice enough to tell us what kids stole our package when they saw them do it so we got it back.
Thank God my wife and I own a home now. We do not have to deal with poorly run places like Park Trace.
