Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Considering what I am paying (399 for a 1 bedroom), I can't complain too much. Maintenance has been responsive to my requests, fixing anything that is broken. Some of the neighbors are a bit noisy, but all in all, not too bad of a deal. The only real complaint I have is the noise level from my neighbors, but for the price, I can't complain.
Make sure you get a special on move in though, I really couldn't see paying 600 for this apartment.
