I RECENTLY MOVED INTO HIGHLAND RESERVE AND I MUST SAY THAT THE OFFICE STAFF IS PURE HEAVEN AND THE APARTMENT THAT I MOVED INTO IS BEAUTIFUL.

I LOOKED AT THESE APARTMENTS SUMMER OF 2007 AND WHEN I RETURNED TO SEE THERE WAS A NEW STAFF AND RENOVATED APARTMENTS I WAS SOLD.



IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT THAT REALLY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU WANT AND NEED HIGHLAND RESERVE HAS THAT AND MORE.



MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS STRESS FREE AND I REALLY LIKE HOW THE ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF TREATS EVERYONE SO NICELY AND THEY KNOW THEIR RESIDENTS BY NAME.

I WAS FLOORED THAT THE MANAGER ACTUALLY COME OUT AND INTERACT WITH RESIDENTS AND MAKE THEM FEEL AT HOME RIGHT FROM THE START.

YEAH RIGHT! Once again this must be someone from the office writing this crap! I have never experienced any of that since this new management company came in; I was in their corner at first....until we got to know what type of Upper Management we have....they just don't care! It is amazing just how many residents feel the same as I do. Live here if you like to fix your own maintenance issues, play and raise pit bulls, live with water leaks over and over with mold coming back after supposedly being fixed! If you are looking for a staff that is never available, with the exception of one guy in the office, then this is the place JUST FOR YOU!!!
