I HAVE LIVED IN ASHLEY RUN FOR 2 YEARS NOW, MY LEASE IS UP AND I AM OUT OF THERE. MY FRONT BATHROOM HAD A BAD LEAK UNDER THE CABINET, IT TOOK THEM SO LONG TO FIX IT THAT MOLD HAS GROWN UNDERNEATH. I TOOK PICTURES OF THIS MESS AND SHOWED IT TO THE LEASING OFFICE, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, AND IT HAS BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS. MY NEIGHBOR UPSTAIRS HAD A LEAK IN HER LAUNDRY ROOM 6 MONTHS AGO WHICH IN TURN DAMAGED MY LAUNDRY ROOM CEILING AND WALL. NEEDLESS TO SAY NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN DONE. THERE HAS BEEN 5 DIFFERENT MANAGERS AT THIS APT. LIKE I SAID, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND A DOG TO LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
