I have lived here a year and so far it hasn't met my expectations... the sparkly pool..not sure who's eyes they're looking thru but it's nasty!! My daughters bike was stolen the first week here and I went to the office..they said they were familiar w/ the boy who stole it and he'd done it several other times.. thanks for letting me know before hand!! Did they offer to replace it..no Sliced my foot open on a piece of rebar poking thru the cement at the pool, thankfully it was me and not my daughter.. Any oh, if you like ants all over your bathroom you'll love Ashley Run.. not worth the price, aggravation, or any of their shoddy offers..the price ends up being too high
