NOT A SAFE PLACE

I HAVE NOT FELT SAFE IN THIS APARTMENT. I HAVE HAD VUGLAR AND RACIAL STATEMENTS SPRAYED ON MY APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT WAS ON THERE FOR FOUR MONTHS UNTIL I MOVED AND THE COMPLEX NEVER CAME OVER TO REPAINT. DURING MY STAY AT THE APARTMENT I ALSO HAD MY HEATER FIXED 5 TIMES BEFORE THEY FINALLY PUT IN A NEW SYSTEM, DURING THE TRANSITION, I WAS WITHOUT HEAT FOR A HALF A MONTH. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE AND IS NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!!
