Save yourself some time, money, energy and frustration. I've lived at Ashley Run, now Ridge at Crescent Cove for 2 years. The property managers have changed about 4 times, sometimes keeping the same staff, other times not, regardless they are rude, unprofessional, and could give a rat's a-- about residents. I admit the firt 4 months was nothing like what I've experienced the remainder of my time here. But now it is pure Hell everyday!

They have filed 2 erroneous eviction notices on me because the idots at the leasing office applied my payments to another person's apartment. They did not apologize or even remotely act like they cared. They never answer the phones, try calling the number above and you'll see. The property is in shambles...they advertise a car care facility...it hasn't worked in almost two years...the advertise a fitness center...nothing works in there either...the access gates have been broken for 1 year...there are people loitering and screaming in the streets until 5 am on Sunday mornings. Yesterday, they sent a letter to all residents saying they would fine each parent $50 for each incident in which their child is caught playing in the street. They claim to be pet friendly but that changed yesterday too. They will take your pet deposit and then send you a letter saying you have to get rid of your dog within 48 hours nontheless. If you do own a pet, they will take your money and then tell you no agressive breeds...no this no that.

The staff is GHETTO, unfortunately they give ------ a bad reputation and live up to the negative perceptions. One of the managers has a gold tooth, if that says anything.

I had no heat in the winter and no air in the summer. I had to raise a lot of Hell to get both working...and then they look at you like you're the crazy peron. If you pull up to the office, 9 times out of ten one of the residents is cussing out the incompetent management staff. I witnessed one employee call a tenant a -----. All of the apartments are infested with roaches. There is trash everywhere! They haven't exterminated my building in two years. Everyone moves out because ceilings fall in and the water gets turned off frequently without any notice to residents. When I tell you, I have NEVER experienced anything like this, believe it! I only stayed this long because of the convenience to my job, which is in the area.

The water bill struture changes every 3 months...flat to meter, to flat and then nothing at all and then flat again. These people don't have a clue. The current property managers (Landmark Residential) are the same; they don't care when you contact them and treat you like a nuisance for identifying problems and screaming on them. They are idiots for purchasing this property...a waste, dump and the quality of people moving in has plummeted...just hoodrats and losers. BEWARE...don't let the smiles and sales pitches fool you.

Gangs have moved in and it is a hot spot for Gwinnett County Police. Breakins, robberies, you name it and it's here.

Different name, same ----! This place and these people are terrible. If you want peace of mind and comfort, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My lease is over within the next few weeks!!!! That's the best news!!!!!!
