Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Run down/lacking amenities: tennis courts closed, tot lot run down, pool area in shambles, no fitness center, laundry machines out of order, entrance gates out of order...promises made by former and new owners not kept. Have yet to see all the promised improvements, and we've been waiting two months. Management sends letters changing/raising water bill, unreasonable demands on tenants, such as kids can't play football or basketball in the parking lot, tenants must put muzzle or bark collar on their dogs. Management does not give proper notice. Management attempts to not honor/reckognize terms of leases that were signed prior to Landmark's acquisition of the property. Management attempts to impose fines on tenants, and charge tenants excessive and unreasonable fees when they move out. When you call the office with a maintenance issue, the leasing agents promise you they'll put in a service order, but the repairs usually don't get done. Tenants have had no air conditioning for months at a time. There are faulty heating systems, causing high energy bills, and also critical safety hazards. This place is a nightmare. Good tenants are moving out in mass exodous and so am I!
