The worst appartment I have rented

The Ridge/Ashley is the worst living conditions, and office people. It is unsafe, and I have called the police on numorious occasions. 50 kids playing ball in the parking lots, noise, fights, break ins, repairs go undone, lights in parking lots out for many months, gated community with open gates all the time. Garbage all over.
