Where should begin''' I guess the top would probably be the very best. I just moved to this property a little over three or four month ago, and I am so ready for my lease to be complete. Now, I totally see why they where leasing the apartments here so cheap, because they are a piece of crap!! When I first moved into my apartment it had not been completely clean. There was crap in the toilet and tub. Now, mind you they had over a month before I actually took over the apartment to get it clean. The apartment also had ants, you heard ANTS in the bedroom carpet. Also to add to it not even a complete month after moving in my air conditioner went out, and guess how long it took them to come fix it' Three whole days, and it probably would have taken longer if I did not call an complain to the property manager. I mean I know I am not the only person that lives on this property, but you would think they would have enough respect the residents to touch bases with them and let know they are working on the problem. Then two months later the same problem happen again and it took the same length in time to fix it. I hate for anyone to have any type of emergency, because the don't and answering service for emergency issues they have an answering machine!!!! It's like you turn in a work order request and takes you harassing them to get it done or at least talking to the property manager. If you like to get pissed off alot, making complaints, and just having a flat out headache then this would definitly be the property for you. I asked them to cut up my hot water pressure and to fix my toilet, because you have to flush it twice just to get everything to go down; to this very day I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COMPLETE MY REQUEST. It's really getting to the point to where I am just wanting to break my lease and moved the HELL up out of here. Do you know when the construction people came in to lay the tile in my apartment, they had the nerve to throw a part of my pants in the trash can, drink my cola's, dirtied up my wall, and even left my apartment door unlock.
