I also had many of the same problems mentioned by most of the other viewers... Leaking from the ceiling, eviction notices out of nowhere, bugs, etc... both of my roommate's cars were broken into, and robbed. caught someone looking in by bedroom window one night. And needless to say, there is no form of management present. The 'staff' in the office might as well be robots, or better yet, mannequins...

you'd be much happier living somewhere else, it's definitely NOT worth the money you save.
