I agree with all other opinions posted on here. New management is no better than the old. I had my satellite removed a few days after I moved in because it could not be on the property and was threatned with a $100 fine. I was never informed. They said they mailed the letter to me, but I didn't get the keys to my mailbox for a week after I moved in. I wrote a letter to Landmark, they said they would take off $100 on my rent because of the inconvenience. The following month I got a RED noticed taped on my door stating I hadn't paid my rent in full. The walls are horrible, you can see the metal on the frame. All the doors and windows stick because they painted them shut. You're better off trying to do the repairs yourself than to submit a work order. The "million dollar" renovation is a joke!!! The tile they put in is horrible, uneven. Was not able to use my apartment for days. They placed all my appliances in the dining area without laying a drop cloth down to protect the carpet. Layers of dust all over my apt and grout from the tile on my walls and cabinets. The contract crew discrarded the boxes the tiles were packed into my bath tub. Where's the new black on black appliances we were supposed to receive'''' The toilet has never worked since I moved in. I've never had the opportunity to use any of the amenities they brag about because they have never worked-pool, fitness center, tennis court. So basically you pay for amenities you can't use. The people downstairs have World War 3 every other day until 4 am or whenever he gets tired from kicking her a** When I complained and said I wanted out of my lease, they offered to move me to another unit in the complex. Which is no better than the building I live in now. Pitbulls on the property, stray pregnant dogs. They must not have paid the trash bill because trash piled up for a month during the holidays. My lease is up 5 months and I'm searching now for a new place to live. I am scared of what other bull they will try to pull on me when I move out'''' You're better off paying more to stay someplace quiet, safe, nice, and you get your money's worth. The place is a rip off.
