I have lived here a year and I wish I could move right now!! The gates have NEVER worked. The workout room has NEVER had equipment that works. I have RARELY seen the pool open, even during the summer time. The Ridge at Crescent Cove needs a lot of work done. They have been trying to renovate (i.e painting the building, new tile in the apartments) , but it is not worth what they are charging for rent. Our place was infested with ROACHES during the winter time. We would still have roaches, but my family sprayed our entire apartment with a VERY strong pest control. We haven't had roaches since then. If i had asked the apt community to do it..we would still be waiting. Management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! They waited until the very last minute possible to inform me of a rental increase (right before my lease was up). They trapped me in a corner because now if I don't renew the lease I will have to do a month to month lease with over $250 in fees EACH MONTH. So now I am stuck here for another 6 months. They don't appreciate the good tenants that they do have. We have never been late with rent, but they decided to increase our rent by $100. The management NEVER seems to be available or make time for tenants, even when the office is empty and they are doing
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST TO MY ENEMY!!!
