I should have known when I called to report a problem and the lady answered, "Thank you for calling the Ridge at Crescent Cove"... How do you change the name and not inform the tenants' That's just the beginning. Every single negative review I've read on here is right on point. I've gone through 3 different mngt companies while staying here and the current one is the WORST by far. A new resident stopped me in the parking lot yesterday, complaining about the fitness center and the pool never being open. He said he wishes he read these reviews before moving in. I told him I wish I caught him before he signed up. Let me break it down-if you're: moving up from gov't assisted housing, this place is for you; fresh out of prison, this place is for you; looking for a place that can leave an invoice about rent on your door but can't tell you when they're switching utility companies, this place is for you; looking for a place where trifling parents let their children run crazy, this place is for you; looking for a place where stray dogs and cats roam freely while residents w/pets abiding by the rules are harassed, this place is for you. However, if you're grown, educated, like to feel safe and can afford to live ANYWHERE ELSE, this is not the place for you. Don't be fooled by the "low" prices-it's not worth it.

Hey!! That sounds like where I live! I live in Bristol Pointe. Is your complex run by Wesley Properties? I am thinking of gettiing a petition together.
