I agree with the other comments, the management is rude and unprofessional. Since the "renovation" my rent jumped $90 with no notification! I only found out when I went to extend my lease and was told it was because of the renovation. Well, I only got ceramic tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms and that was done poorly (gaps etc.) I moved in February 2005 and my oven has not worked properly ever, though the repeated calls to have it fixed! They claimed they fixed it, well I have not baked in months! I just got a new air conditioning unit 2 months ago, that has not worked correctly since I moved in. To explain that the leasing office told me the unit would only cool to the temperature outside. Duh! What's the use of air conditioning. The floorplan of my 2/2 is nice but not worth the headache and stress.
