Landmark Residential is the worst management company ever!!!! This ------- in the leasing office dont have a clue what being professional is they have the nastiest attitudes...and contrary to one review on here its not because I dont like hearing the word no!!! You cant get things fixed there is a bug problem the ceramic tiles as someone has mentioned were coming up before they fished putting them considering they were done incorrectly (they placed them on the vinyl that was already coming up...idiots) and when mentioned to James in the leasing office this was a decision made by management. Everyone is entitled to there opinion but I dont think that people are exaggerating tremendously. The only people on her exaggerating are those who believe that this place is not hell...I dont know what pervious management has been like I was not here under them but if current management is better then this place was an inferno. And before some person want to be a smart ass when my lease is up I will be moving!! I wish I had known about apartmentrating.com before I moved here
