This is truly comical. You are so full of ----. If the place was that bad, then why on earth would you have stayed there for 2 years' I would think that you would have left after the first year at the complex. That is a prime example of how people get on these message boards and stretch the truth. And whoever the punk is that had to drag his momma..oops I mean his girlfriend in to speak on his behalf is just as bad. He is too much of a punk to stick up for himself. Wimp! Grow up. If the management staff is so bad, then report them until you get results. Apparently their corporate office didn't believe the ---- that you were saying either. LOL Too Funny

Sounds like this was written by a manager or employee....there is alot of truth to all these nightmarish reviews......you would have to live there to understand and really believe what goes on there and how management treats their residents....and as far as their corporate office goes.....they are just as bad!

I'm betting management wrote this as it is full of spite as if they were there. Talk about funny. When I asked the management if they belived in customer service they responded "well you can't prove this or that in court" so i guess the answer is an apparent no and the only way you would get out of this nightmare is thru the legal system. Just a warning to all, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.

Yes, it certainly does sound like a member of the staff wrote this, kinda of sickening to think about. Sounds also like it was the same staff member that was yelling at that man and his girl. I used to live there too and trust me the staff there is ghetto trash, this is something I could very much see one of them doing. Honestly I took the hit and broke my lease to get out of there. Oh and to the woman that obviously wrote this: learn to read, that guy said he was calling corporate and you are probably the same person he got in trouble.

Seems like there are a lot more of us than there is of you hu? Yeah so I guess those other 64 people who wrote bad reviews of this place are all wrong hu? It's just the lone 4 people who are telling the truth? WRONG. No company wants to work with this place because of the residents that start trouble and the staff that treats people so horribly. So I say we all do exactly what this STAFF MEMBER suggested and we write to this new corporate until they finally get rid of the REAL problems. We should do it up Shawshank Redemption style and write a letter a week each. I know I'll be writing more than that, but it's atleast a start.
And on a personal note to the writer: Hope you can back your attitude up when your sitting on unemployment. Karma karma karma.

I understand, a lot of people here a upset about the property management. However, when you point fingers there are three pointing back at you. Okay, lets say things are not exactly perfect at the Ridge, but my two years here has not been that bad. Okay, you have kids cursing, but it didnt affect me..that is the parent responsibility. Now if they are cursing at your door or doing some type of damage to the property, report them, take a picture with your camera phone and send that to corporate. But it would be the same if you lived in a bad area in a rented house. What would you do then call your landlord 3 am in the morning to get someone off your lawn? No, you would call the police. All I am saying is that do not have a "renters mentality", look at any place as your home and if you have a problem, just handle it in a calm manner and use some type of chain of command. The property complex has been very lienient on renters that were late with there rent. Comcast, Georgia Power are not as lienient as we all can agree. So whatever the situation was when you were living here, just try and understand, that no one is perfect in there duties so we should as a people and adults should either ask ourselves. Are we part of the problem or the solution? Now I know the majority of people may not agree with my comment. Yes, I have had plenty of problems, ants, roaches, leaking pipes, but when I asked in a polite manner things were done. And then I took it upon myself to have my place bombed with a stronger chemical. The apartment complex did do what was necessary but I treat my apartment as my home and I did what I needed to do to make my life comfortable there also. Everyone has there way of dealing with situations, just know that however you respond to a situation determines the outcome. Just know that God has blessed you with a roof over your head at the crescent cove for whatever reason and you were not out on the streets. (unless you didnt pay your rent). But let's not try and bash your home, if you feel you can do a better job, then give them suggestions to the office,(I'm not being mean, just practical) after all they are not responsible for others behavior problems. They can't see everyone come and go and the majority of the problems are coming from outside. Yes, I know the gate is broken, It's called REVENUE. It does take money, so if you complain about your rent increase, think about the gate next time okay the money has to come from somewhere and if you want to live in a better community, it's time for you as an adult to own up to certain responsibilities. I think you all do understand what I mean, including myself...Just a reminder. Well, enough said..I enjoyed living here because I made it my own, not anyone elses..God bless and remember the pen is mightier than the sword..I'm sure you all do understand this, from all the letters and complaints. Now if this New Management doesnt work, please dont burn the office down again okay!!

So many people complain about EVERYTHING. Surely there was something that you liked living at the complex. Some people are just miserable creatures. The problem with some of these grown ups are due to them wanting others to do and think for them and complain when it is not to their liking. Grow up! And no sweetie, I am not a former employee. That is the problem with most idiots like yourself. You think that just because someone doesn't agree with you, then you MUST work for the company. Everybody that reads these messages DON'T agree. I can bet you $100 that the person that wrote the response was late on rent or tried to get something for nothing. I can damn near guarantee it. Bottom line, MOVE!!!! Purchase a house. Then there would be nobody to point the finger at but yourself. Try owning something, maybe then you'll know what it takes to keep things running smoothly. Just as the previous poster stated, you complain about rental increases (which pay for the operation and maintaining of the property) but in the same breath complain about things not being fixed. Stupid fool, it takes money to make the repairs. If you owned a vehicle and it broke down, just who in the hell do you think would be responsible for getting it fixed. You are the typical broke down a$$ fool that would blame it on the person that sold you the car. Never taking into consideration that perhaps you didn't take care of the car as you should have or that it is just normal wear and tear. Simple idiot.
And please trust, if I were working for the company and I was on unemployement, I sure as hell wouldn't be on here defending them. You REALLY ARE STUPID. I see why that office was rude to you. If you were as dumb in person as you are on this message board; I give them two thumbs up for talking to you like the idiot that you are...LOL

My husband and I visited a friend who lives here, and I thought it was peaceful place, of course everyone should take precautions. The apartment was clean, no roaches. We are possibly considering moving to the Ridge as well.

I have had a great amount of patience with problems at this apartment community. I have took the correct procedures and I'm still waiting on a response after I sent a letter and contacted by phone numerous times. I just want our problem to be resolved and I'm actually kind of drained from dealing with them.

Honestly, I just got back from Atlanta two days ago and this was one of the apartment complexes I visited. I didn't see any trash over flow and the upkeep of the landscape looked decent. Matter of fact they were doing rennovations on a few of the roofs, which impresses me. An apartment is an apartment, so if there was a rat and roach problem like you all claim there to be then the model apartment should have rats and roaches as well, BUT IT DIDN'T...which leaves me to say that I agree with the original poster. You all are so full of ----, and you must be nasty as he!! to have your apartment crawling with rats and roaches. How the f!ck does a rat get into your apt. in the first place? What!? Is it hiding in your coat pocket? YOU people are the problem...nasty bchs. If you wash your nasty *** every once in a while perhaps this could eliminate YOUR problem. ahahahaha

You are comical!! The trash was damn near in the street for the past 2 months especially over the weekend. I rode by there on the 4,11,and 18th trash laying in the road each time. I had to take my trash to QT because I couldn't even get close to the dumpster. You must work there, LOL! Don't try to sell this nasty roach infested apartment to people. I'm clean as hell, if you come to my apartment you won't see a dirty dish, a crumb or nothing. BUT I STILL HAVE ROACHES jackass!!

I am current resident and can certainly vouch for the trash everywhere. The reason I know is because the trash recepticles are located too far from my apartment so I just toss it into the streets. Yes the place is a dive but I dont care. My full intentions are to make this apt complex as undesirable as possible by continuously tossin my trash in the roadways, vandalizing everything in site, encouragin my kids to taunt you/dent your automobiles, begin graffiti classes for the youngsters and cause just general mayhem & destruction.
Move here at your own risk!! The management cant/wont stop me because "day dont be carin" and are tow busy havin sex in the office. It certainly would be nice to begin watermelon or burrito days at the office...I like that idea. Also have seen a few rats entering/exiting the laundry vents and left them some peanut butter to feed on. If we can just increase the rat population that will hep in controling the roaches.
Lets get high!!!
