This is one of the few places in Norcross that isn't ghetto. There are actual qualifications to live here, which is a nice change for the area. The complex is small, but has a great pool. The staff is attentive, but not obnoxiosly so. Whenever anything happens in the community, everyone gets a letter explaining the situation, but its generally quiet. I wanted to live somewhere that when I came home at 4am, I wouldn't be scared walking to my apartment, so I chose here. If you want to live in the ghetto, go live off of Ptree Corners Cir.
