This complex is absolutely the best place I have ever lived in. I have lived in 5 different apartment communties and this one by far and away blows the others out of the water! The management staff is more then friendly, extremely accomodating and is really here to serve the residents. Their maintenance team is extremely personable that lives on-site and per the lease maintenance problems are taken care of within 24 hours of initially reporting the problem. The community only has about 200 apartments, I believe, so this allows them to be more than attentive and get to know each and every resident. Recently, I had a less than pleasant situation with my ex-roommate and the management were excellent in helping us alleviate the situation. The apartments are roomy and there is no wasted space and lots of storage with roomy balconies! I have referred several of co-workers and my boss to live here...they love it! The apartments can be a little pricy but if you come in at good times (I'd say around April-June)the prices seem to be the best then. Another great thing about this complex is that there are very few kids living here (not that they are a problem) and the residents in this community appear to be younger (late 20s to early 30s). I have never once felt that my safety here was compromised and the gates are a nice element. As with most complexes that have gates most of them are broken 70% of the time, but not here. Also, this complex has a pretty strict "3 strikes and you're out" quiet policy that is implemented. I am currently looking for an apartment complex that is closer to my work and am having problems doing so because I have been spoiled here.
