I'm currently a resident at Amli and I have LOVED living here.
The apartments are kept up, there's never trash in the parking lot, never people wondering around, the gates have ALWAYS worked in the year that I've lived here. Our apartment balcony faces the woods, so it gives a feeling of privacy which is rare in an apartment community. The management is always setting up fun things for the residents to do together. This summer they brought in a huge projector screen, a popcorn maker and they showed a family friendly movie at the pool. The complex provided sodas also! Although my husband and I do not have children, we still attended and had a great time. They've just recently begun a book club, and about two weeks ago they had a Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner.
In the year that we've lived here we've only had a few very minor maintenance issues such as lightbulbs out or ceiling fan was wobbly, but they always fixed it within 48 hours of when the request was made.
The only reason that we will be moving when our lease is up is because the apartments, although nice, they are small, and we feel that we could get more square footage for less money somewhere else. Other than that...we loved it here!!

Where did you end up moving? And do you like it compared to Amli?

We ended up moving to the Madison at River Sound in Lawrenceville to be closer to family. It's hard to compare it to Amli. Our new apartment is 300sqft larger and $100 less a month. We have a lot of space and it's even got a 3 sided fireplace between the living room and dining room. Of course, on the flip side, the apartments are older so you can see the wear on the walls throughout the apartment from being repainted, and calking and painting in the bathroom. Despite that...We love our new apartment, the only thing we miss was the HUGE bathroom that we had at Amli.
