I have lived here for almost 2 years now but have to move due to a job transfer. I almost didn't lease here at first because it was the most expensive community in the area.... but the saying is true, you get what you pay for. The office staff is always professional and anxious to help with any issues and the Maintenance staff has always responded timely if anything malfunctions. It is a very quiet neighborhood and always nice to come home to after a long day of work. I never have to worry about people working on their cars in the parking lot or yelling from the patios. There are lots of young professional people here and I've enjoyed meeting most of them at resident functions or at the pool. I hope the next place that I choose to live is as nice as River Park.
