I lived at River Park for four years, when it was Amli & after it was purchased by Grubb & Ellis. I can say for sure that River Park is the nicest apartment community within a 4 mile radius. Working in the apartment industry for 5 years, you can see between the lines when looking for an apartment. River Park is good all the way through. I've worked at several communities but I lived at River Park the whole time. As an apartment industry employee, that should tell you something. It's worth the money & definitely nicer than it's competitors in the area. You'll find better QUALITY, a better management company, and DEFINITELY a better on-site team at River Park than you will some of the closest neighboring communities. It's fact. Besides, you'll have upper middle income neighbors. :-) That definitely outweighs the rif-raf.
