We moved here a year ago from Orchard Parke Apts. They were noisy not gated, loud, and full of random people. Not safe at all. River Park, even though it changed management only change once so far. It has not been bought and bought and bought which I first feared, nor has it gone downhill since the switch. It is so quiet here it sounds like you are in the wilderness. I sometimes feel like no one else lives in my building because I rarely see the other tenants, even though I know they exist. Either my neighbors are really quiet or the apartments are insulated really well because I almost never hear any of them. I love having a washer and dryer in my apt. My floor plan is one of the smaller ones if not the smallest but it doesn't feel like it. There is no wasted space. The layout is very well designed. My old place was bigger yet it felt smaller and much of the sq footage went unused. I love the wooden floor at the door entrance and the ceiling fan in the living room which gets a lot of use. The bathroom is large with a garden tub, and a mirror that stretches from wall to wall. The bedroom is a decent size and the walk in closet is big enough for both me and my mans clothes plus a 3 drawer dresser. The landscape is kept up and always picture perfect. The pool is nice and was only closed down once during last summer for maintenance. The only thing I can complain about is the gym. A couple of the machines need to be replaced. I also like having a drive in covered area for washing your car. If you don't like drama, or to even know you have neighbors, this is the place to be.
